Cool Shades: How to Wear Bright Palazzo Pants
09:45:00
Remember those times in school when you were given a color wheel with different colors that had hot and cool colors? Well sometimes, its good to dress in those cool shades. The weather recently doesn't let me wear summer clothes, but then I figured, just because its raining, doesn't mean it has to be raining on my parade! So this was an outfit that was put together using blue and green, those "cool colors" that we learnt in school.

I love how catchy this outfit is. It works well for weekend lunches or those little trips to the mall. The palazzo pants are still one of my favorite pieces and these lovely, slightly high waist pair work well in various situations. I wore them during the Mood Indigo festival and even got featured on a certain style spotting page thanks to them. As for the top, it has the most gorgeous back and that was the whole reason why I bought it in the first place! Its got the most stunning color and works well with various different looks! Lace inserts are a great way to add a little feminine touch to your outfits and I suggest you DIY an old tshirt if you wish to try it out.
In other things, I'd like to wish you all a VERY Happy Holi! Hope you've all had a safe and fun festival!
